David has been involved in public practice since 1991, when he joined the accounting firm originally established by his late father Jean Paul Bellemore, CGA (1937-2002).
David is a Chartered Professional Accountant and received the legacy Certified General Accountant (CGA) designation in 1997. He also obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree, Honours Business Administration, from the University of Windsor in 1991.
Now, as a partner in TurnerMoore LLP, David proudly serves the Windsor, Essex and Kent County regions in both official languages (English and French).
A proud husband and the father of three wonderful children, David enjoys serving his community and currently volunteers, in the capacity as treasurer, with the Belle River Rochester Goodfellows, and the Cassels and Adjoining Lakes Association (CALA).
Away from the office, David has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys spending time with his family at their cottage in the Temagami region.

A prominent community figure in Windsor and Essex county, Gordon D. Boggs has been serving his clients and community for over 30 years.
As a CGA with executive experience, as a V. P. of Finance and as a business owner, Gordon has been providing a diverse range of accounting, tax (Canadian, U.S. and Estate) and business advisory services across a breadth of industries. Gordon is also a member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners and the National Association of Public Accountants in the United States.
During his professional career, Gordon has served on the boards of many not-for-profit organizations. Most recently, he completed a term as a member of the Board of Governors for the University of Windsor. While on that Board, Gordon was Chair of the Investment Committee, Audit Committee and also served on the Pension and Executive Committees as well as the Toldo Education Building Committee. Having completed his term, Gordon continued to serve on the Pension Committee, most recently as Chair of that committee. He is continuing his involvment with the University by continuing to serve on the Investment Committee.
